The surrogacy experts at FCLV work together to help people become parents
When you schedule an appointment with our Las Vegas surrogacy experts, you will receive world-class care from an experienced and compassionate team. Working together, our fertility doctors, case manager and team members apply their extensive knowledge of third party reproduction to help you bring home a healthy baby.
All of our surrogacy experts are working together for you
You will decide which doctor you want to work with on your Las Vegas surrogacy journey. Although you will work with one doctor, you will benefit from our team approach. Every morning, he or she will review your case with the other doctors at FCLV to develop and modify the best treatment plan for you.
We will also assign you to an IVF case manage who will be your point of contact. He or she will keep you informed and work with every surrogacy expert on our team to make sure your treatment plan stays on track. You will benefit from the resources and knowledge of a large clinic, but receive the individualized attention of a small practice.

Meet our IVF case managers
On a daily basis, you will communicate with your IVF case manager. As surrogacy experts, our case managers can answer any of your questions about the Las Vegas surrogacy process, from the initial consultation through the first trimester of pregnancy.
Each case manager uses Skype and email to coordinate treatment plans, and attends all appointments to provide translation and support. They also work with patients, labs and third party agencies to coordinate care and keep patients updated throughout the process.
To better serve our patients, we offer case managers who speak English, French, Chinese, Spanish and German.
Romain Taillandier, French-Language IVF Case Manager
Fluent in both French and English, Romain manages IVF cycles and third party reproduction for French-speaking patients. Having gone through the process of finding an egg donor and choosing a surrogate himself, he is a strong advocate for gay fertility treatment, as well as for all French couples and individuals who need third party reproductive services to grow their families.
Yena Li, Chinese-Language IVF Case Manager
Using her fluency in Chinese and English, Yena helps our Chinese-speaking patients with their IVF cycles and third party reproduction needs. She understands the expectations of Chinese hopeful parents and works with them to help them achieve their family-building goals. She came to the United States to earn her master’s degree, and is now happily married with two children.
Raquel Arana, Spanish-Language IVF Case Manager
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Raquel is the IVF case manager for our Spanish-speaking patients. A native of Las Vegas, she first joined our team in 1998 as a medical assistant.
